In 2168, the USS Horizon was under the command of Captain Kinzie (Decipher RPG module: Worlds) when she visited the planet Sigma Iotia II in the Sigma Iotia star system.

The Klingon Bird-of-Prey was a type of warship utilized by the Klingon Empire serving the Klingon Defense Forces from the late 23rd century into the late 24th century.

The ISS Enterprise (NCC-1701) was a Terran Constitution-class battle cruiser that was in service to Starfleet in the mid-23rd century. Sometime prior to 2267, James T. Kirk took command of the Enterprise through the assassination of Captain Christopher Pike.

The Eymorg starship was a highly advanced starship operated by the Eymorg of Sigma Draconis VI during the mid-23rd century. This vessel was constructed from a unique technology, with an origin potentially dating back as far as 8000 BC.

The Fesarius was a starship built and operated by the First Federation, encountered in the mid-23rd century. It was described as the flagship by its captain and only crew member, Commander Balok.

The SS Yorktown was a 23rd century Federation starship operated by Starfleet. In 2268, the Yorktown was scheduled to deliver vaccines bound for the colony on Theta VII after a rendezvous with the USS Enterprise. In 2286, the Yorktown was under the command of Captain Joel Randolph. While deployed near the Sol system, the Yorktown was one of the many vessels disabled by the Whale Probe near Earth.

Deep Space Station K-7 was a Federation deep space station in the mid-23rd century. The station was constructed by Starfleet and administered by a civilian staff. In 2268, the station's manager was Mr. Lurry. K-7 was located within Federation space and near the border with the Klingon Empire.
