German Sd. Kfz. 171 PzKpfw V Panther Ausf. G Medium Tank in Kursk Camouflage (1:50 Scale)
In many respects, the Panther tank was viewed as the finest armored fighting vehicle of the Second World War. Based in large part upon the Soviet's highly successful T-34 medium tank, the PzKpfw V Ausfuhrung G was built by several manufacturers including MAN, Daimler-Benz and MNH. Mounting a fearsome 7.5cm KwK42 L/70 cannon and two 7.92mm MG34 machineguns, the Panther Ausf. G represented the third and certainly the most impressive installment in the Panther series.

Egyptian T-34/85 Medium Tank (1:50 Scale)
The T34/85 tank was first produced during the winter of 1943-44 as a response to the growing presence of German Panther and Tiger tanks. It had a new 85mm gun mounted in a cast steel turret originally developed for the KV-85 heavy tank. The rest of the tank was virtually unchanged from the original T-34/76 apart from an enlarged turret to provide space for three crewmen. This enabled the commander to fulfill his main function of commanding the tank rather than helping to serve the main gun.

Soviet Kliment Vorishilov KV-1A Heavy Tank - Green (1:50 Scale)
During 1938, the Soviet design bureau began working on a heavy tank intended to replace the T-35. All the designs were of the multi-turreted type except for one, which it's designers named after Kliment Voroshilov, the defense commissar then in power. Known as the KV-1, this design was far more mobile than the other submissions. It was eventually field tested in the Finnish Winter War of 1940 and was accepted for mass production that summer.
